Shipping and Returns


Timothy currently offers shipping only through the USPS.

International Shipping

We’ve done our best to configure the checkout to estimate the actual cost of shipping outside the US.  International shipping costs can vary wildly however depending upon destination. Customers making purchases from outside the US will be notified if there is a negative discrepency between the estimated shipping price and the actual shipping price and will receive an invoice for the difference if it exceeds more than $1 USD.

Upon receiving the shipping invoice, customers will have the option to continue with their purchase by paying the invoiced amount or cancel their purchase for a full refund. Note: No products will be shipped until shipping fee is paid in full.

Order Cancellations

Timothy can only cancel orders if they have not been packaged for shipping. To cancel an order prior to shipping, please send an email to Include your name, address and order number when contacting Timothy

Order Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order or need to return your purchase for reasons other than damage or defect, please contact Timothy by e-mail at When contacting the store, please include your name, address, order number and the reason for your return. Please note refunds on returned orders do not include shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restock fee. Signed or personalized items are NOT returnable.


If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order because it arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund. The time frame for requesting a refund or replacement is within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be issued upon return of damaged or defective merchandise. Please note, Timothy is not responsible for lost, damaged, missing, or undelivered goods via the USPS. Any claims should be filed with your local post office.
